He is the founder of Fathers and Families First Inc. a 501 C-3 community-based service organization and the founder and owner of Urgent Care Counseling, LLC. He has been a committed member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association and the American Counseling Association (ACA). As a certified clinical trauma professional and a qualified supervisor for counselors in Florida, he has made a lasting impact on the mental health profession.

In recognition of his outstanding work, Mr. Fincke was voted Best Counselor in 2023 by the New Port Richey Florida Awards Program. His dedication to his field and his community has earned him a respected reputation among his peers and clients.

Outside of his professional achievements, Richard L. Fincke is a devoted family man, married with two boys, two girls, and three grandchildren.
